Why Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy focuses on you, and whatever issue or concern is holding you back from being your best self. Although you may seek therapy for one or two primary concerns, it isn’t unusual for us to undercover other underlying issues in the midst of our work together.
Helping you to explore your deepest self, while examining healthy options to overcome hurdles and setbacks is our focus in individual therapy.
During our 50-minute sessions we will explore your goals and create manageable objectives. We will then implement interventions, practice skills and coping strategies, and arm you with tools that will help you to better manage current and future challenges. Together, our aim is to increase your confidence in your ability to manage your day-to-day functioning and personal growth.
