Your Intake Session Marks the Beginning of Your Therapy Journey

Your first therapy session, referred to as the intake session, is an opportunity for you to share your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss goals, treatment plans and a bit of your history. The session lasts 50 minutes, and can be done in-person or virtually.
